Swift Thoughts

Design

I really like the design of the Bomaker headphones. For an over-ear design they aren’t bulky looking at all. The shape and silver trim detailing sets them apart from other cheap-looking headphones in the same price range.

Large ‘L’ and ‘R’ letters inside the ear cups make sure you never put the headphones on the wrong way.

Audio Performance

The audio quality of the Bomaker Dolphin 1 headphones is particularly impressive considering its price. The sound output is rich and detailed across the entire spectrum of frequencies. Unlike other headphones in this price range, the enhanced bass technology adds a welcome punchy boost to the lows.

With Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity combined with a fast Qualcomm processing chip you get a better wireless connection with lower latency. This essentially eliminates sync issues from occurring when watching TV programmes or movies.

Build Quality

The build quality of the BOMAKER Dolphin 1’s is excellent. The compact folding design works well plus the materials feel durable and not too cheap.

Comfort

No complaints here, the headphones are extremely comfortable. The headphones’ ear pads are made of a real protein cortex with a memory sponge filling, which basically makes them breathable, skin-friendly and super squishy. 🙂

Functionality

One of the standout features of the BOMAKER headphones is the 360 degree swivelling volume dial. It’s a beautifully simple feature that is especially useful is you struggle to use traditional push button controls. If you’re wearing cycling gloves they’ll make your life much easier.

I also love the compact folding design and the included waterproof carrying case. The Bomakers are the perfect travel accessory for holidays.
